These Terms & Conditions govern participation in programs, courses, workshops, retreats, trainings, mentorship experiences, consultations, and other educational offerings provided by R.R. Shakti, PhD and Soul Artist LLC.
By registering for, purchasing, accessing, or participating in any offering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Registration & Participation
Participation in certain programs may require completion of registration forms, informed consent documents, participant agreements, liability waivers, and payment of applicable fees prior to participation.
Following registration, participants will receive information regarding program access, schedules, materials, and any additional requirements.
Participation is voluntary and may be discontinued by either party at any time.

Payment
Fees for programs, courses, workshops, retreats, mentorship experiences, consultations, trainings, and other offerings are disclosed at the time of registration or purchase.
Registration is not considered complete until any required payment has been received.
Participants agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information and are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or charges associated with their purchase.
Educational Nature of Services
The work of R.R. Shakti, PhD is educational in nature and draws upon studies in mythology, depth psychology, contemplative traditions, wellness education, yoga philosophy, creative practice, and related disciplines.
Programs, mentorship experiences, workshops, retreats, trainings, consultations, and educational materials are intended to support learning, self-reflection, personal growth, creativity, and wellbeing.
These offerings are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial services and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness, disease, or mental health condition.
Participants are encouraged to seek appropriately licensed professionals for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other specialized concerns.
Participation may involve exploration of personal experiences, life transitions, creativity, meaning, mythology, dreams, contemplative practices, and related subjects. Participants remain solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, interpretations, health, and wellbeing.
No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes or results.
Confidentiality
Information shared during consultations, mentorship experiences, workshops, retreats, trainings, and educational programs will be treated with respect and discretion.
However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances. Information may be disclosed when required by law or when necessary to address concerns involving safety, abuse, neglect, threats of harm, court orders, or other legal obligations.
In group programs, retreats, workshops, online communities, or educational settings, confidentiality among participants cannot be guaranteed. Participants are encouraged to exercise discretion when sharing personal information.
Participation by Minors
Individuals under the age of eighteen (18) may participate only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for obtaining appropriate medical, psychological, educational, legal, or other professional support when needed.
Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
Certain programs may include physical movement, contemplative practices, travel, outdoor experiences, nature-based activities, group participation, or other experiential learning activities.
Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and are responsible for assessing their own physical, emotional, and psychological readiness.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants release and hold harmless R.R. Shakti, PhD, Soul Artist LLC, affiliated instructors, assistants, venues, and program partners from claims arising from voluntary participation, except where prohibited by law.
Additional waivers may be required for specific programs, retreats, trainings, or events.
Intellectual Property & Program Materials
All content provided through this website and through the educational offerings of R.R. Shakti, PhD and Soul Artist LLC—including courses, workshops, trainings, retreats, presentations, recordings, written materials, articles, handouts, worksheets, graphics, photographs, videos, audio content, teaching frameworks, and related materials—is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Unless otherwise indicated, such content remains the property of R.R. Shakti, PhD and/or Soul Artist LLC.
Participants are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use educational materials for personal, non-commercial learning purposes only.
Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, republished, recorded, sold, licensed, incorporated into other programs, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
The names R.R. Shakti, Soul Artist, Soul Artist Journal, and associated program names, branding, and content may not be used in a manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, certification, partnership, or sponsorship without written consent.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict lawful scholarly discussion, commentary, citation, teaching, or fair use as permitted by applicable copyright law.
Recording & Media Release
Programs, workshops, trainings, retreats, and events may be photographed, audio recorded, or video recorded for educational, archival, editorial, promotional, or business purposes.
By participating in events where recording or photography occurs, participants acknowledge that their image, voice, likeness, comments, artwork, or participation may be captured.
Participants grant permission for such media to be used by R.R. Shakti, PhD and Soul Artist LLC in connection with publications, websites, newsletters, social media, educational materials, future course offerings, and related business purposes without additional compensation.
Participants who prefer not to appear in promotional materials are encouraged to notify organizers in advance. Reasonable efforts will be made to honor such requests when feasible, although complete exclusion cannot be guaranteed in group settings.
Participants may not record, photograph, livestream, distribute, or reproduce program content or the participation of other attendees without prior permission.
Participant stories, artwork, interviews, reflections, or creative contributions will only be published with the participant’s express permission.
Certification
Certain trainings or educational programs may offer certificates of completion.
Certificates are awarded only upon successful completion of all stated program requirements. Enrollment and payment do not guarantee certification.
Specific requirements will be outlined within the applicable program.
Termination of Participation
R.R. Shakti, PhD reserves the right to decline, suspend, or terminate participation when appropriate, including circumstances involving non-payment, disruptive behavior, violations of program agreements, safety concerns, conflicts of interest, or situations outside the scope of services offered.
Termination of participation does not automatically entitle a participant to a refund unless otherwise provided in the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Refunds, cancellations, transfers, and rescheduling requests are governed by the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Legal Proceedings
Educational programs, consultations, and mentorship experiences are not intended for legal proceedings, litigation matters, custody disputes, or forensic evaluations.
R.R. Shakti, PhD does not routinely provide evaluations, reports, testimony, affidavits, declarations, or expert opinions for legal purposes.
If participation in legal proceedings is required by subpoena, court order, or other legal process, reasonable professional fees may apply as permitted by law.
Modifications
R.R. Shakti, PhD and Soul Artist LLC reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this website and become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated.
