HOW DO I ACCESS MY ONLINE COURSE OR CURRICULUM CONTENT?
When you register for membership to Soul Artist Academy (any curriculum program) you will be sent an email to guide you in creating your personalized account and setting your passcode. Once your registration has been accepted, and your curriculum tuition has been paid, your content will be accessible from your account in the Soul Artist Treasury.
Cancellation
WHAT IF I START A PROGRAM OR REGISTER FOR A WORKSHOP AND HAVE TO CANCEL?
Before registering for any Soul Artist program or workshop, we strongly encourage participants to consider the time and resource investments required for the program. Ensure that the date(s) and time(s) chosen are appropriate for your schedule. When you register for any Soul Artist or Inner Power Yoga program with Rachel Redding (R.R. Shakti, PhD) or any of her associates, you are stating that you acknowledge and agree to the following cancelation policies, as the apply:
Inner Power Yoga Teacher Training refund/cancellation policy:
If a student decides that they are unable to complete the education program, that student may write an email to shakti@rrshakti.com with a request to withdraw from the program. A 100% refund of the total tuition paid, less the non-refundable deposit, will be returned if withdrawal is received no later than one month before the start date. No refunds will be given within one month of the start date of the program.
A student may opt to transfer their registration for the same training held the following year. In this case, a $50 administrative fee will be charged. Transfers will not be allowed beyond the year following registration date.
We understand that emergencies and other life situations do arise. We recommend that you carefully review your schedule and upcoming obligations to ensure that you can commit fully to the teacher training. Making up hours missed or completing the training during a subsequent offering are options only in the face of extenuating events and will be extended by the Principle Instructor on a case-by-case basis. In most cases, make up hours will require a $75 per hour honorarium to the facilitating teacher.
Workshop refund/cancellation policy:
Once you register for a single day workshop, your space is reserved for you. if you need to cancel, you must write an email to shakti@rrshakti.com 72 hours or more before the workshop. You will receive account credit less a $5 administrative fee. No credits will be issued within 72 hours of a workshop. Deposits are always non-refundable. If Soul Artist cancels a workshop you have the choice of a refund or account credit.
Retreat refund/cancellation policy:
Once you register for a multi-day workshop or retreat, your space/lodging is reserved for you and is not refundable. if you need to cancel, you must email shakti@rrshakti.com no later than one month before the first day of the retreat in order to receive account credit. Deposits are always non-refundable. If Soul Artist cancels a retreat, you have the choice of a refund or account credit.
WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR CERTIFICATION?
Full attendance and participation will be mandatory for any certification programs. Payment submission does not guarantee one's affiliation with the Yoga Alliance or Inner Power Yoga®. Each participant will also be required to demonstrate safe and supportive teaching to become a certified yoga teacher.
IS THE SOUL ARTIST ACADEMY AFFILIATED WITH THE YOGA ALLIANCE?
Yes! Currently our Inner Power Yoga Certification programs are run through The Institute for Inner Power Yoga®, which is affiliated with the Yoga Alliance and a subsidiary of R.R. Shakti | Soul Artist. You can find more information here: INSTITUTE FOR INNER POWER YOGA®
WHAT IF I LOSE MY CERTIFICATE? CAN I GET A REISSUE?
If you lose your Inner Power Yoga® certificate, you can order a new one for $50. You will receive both a signed hard copy in the mail, as well as a downloadable pdf of your new certificate. Order a REPLACEMENT CERTIFICATE.
AM I ELIGIBLE FOR INNER POWER YOGA® AFFILIATION?
Inner Power Yoga® graduates are not automatically qualified to be called an “Inner Power Yoga® Certified” Teacher. Graduates are qualified to register with the National Yoga Alliance, provided they have satisfactorily completed the education program and have submitted their full tuition. They are also eligible to apply to become an Inner Power Yoga® Certified Teacher.
Inner Power Yoga® is committed to preserving the integrity of Yoga as a deeply healing spiritual practice that requires dedication, education, and application; along with ongoing contemplative self-study. When a graduate becomes qualified as an Inner Power Yoga® Teacher that person will have met the broader guidelines and expectations of the Inner Power Yoga® Certified Teachers, Board of Directors and community at large.
