Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to workshops, courses, trainings, retreats, mentorship programs, consultations, digital products, and other educational offerings provided by R.R. Shakti, PhD and Soul Artist LLC.
By registering for or purchasing an offering, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
General Policy
Many offerings involve limited enrollment, advance preparation, venue reservations, lodging commitments, instructor scheduling, and administrative expenses. For this reason, cancellation and refund policies vary by program type.

Refunds, credits, and transfers are issued according to the policies below.
Teacher Trainings & Certification Programs
A written cancellation request must be received at least 30 days prior to the program start date.
When notice is received at least 30 days before the start date:
Participants may request a transfer to the next available offering of the same training, subject to availability and approval. An administrative transfer fee may apply.
Transfers are valid only for the immediately subsequent offering unless otherwise approved in writing.
Once a training has begun, no refunds will be issued for missed sessions, partial attendance, voluntary withdrawal, or failure to complete program requirements.
Workshops, Classes & Single-Day Events
Cancellation requests must be received at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time.
When notice is received more than 72 hours before the event:
No refunds are provided for non-attendance.
Retreats & Multi-Day Immersions
Retreats often involve advance commitments for lodging, meals, venues, travel arrangements, and staffing.
Cancellation requests must be received at least 30 days before the retreat start date.
When notice is received at least 30 days in advance:
No refunds are provided for late arrivals, early departures, missed activities, travel disruptions, illness, weather conditions, or voluntary withdrawal after the retreat begins.
Participants are encouraged to purchase travel insurance when appropriate.
Mentorship Programs, Private Sessions & Consultations
Private sessions and mentorship appointments require advance scheduling.
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or no-shows are not eligible for refund.
If a mentorship program includes multiple sessions, unused sessions are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
Digital Products & Online Content
Due to the immediate access provided to digital materials, downloadable resources, recordings, online courses, memberships, and other digital products are generally non-refundable.
Exceptions may be made only when required by applicable law.
Organizer Cancellation or Rescheduling
R.R. Shakti, PhD and Soul Artist LLC reserve the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, relocate, or modify any offering due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, force majeure events, venue issues, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
If an offering is cancelled by the organizer, participants will be offered either:

Any exception to this policy is granted solely at the discretion of R.R. Shakti, PhD or Soul Artist LLC and does not create an obligation to provide similar exceptions in future circumstances.
